Basic terms
Who is an admin:
The site admin operates the application from the backend. The site admin has the credentials for every feature in the application. They can manage listings, users, cities and states, blogs, subscription packages, and configuring settings. The site admin can make money by selling the subscription to the agents.
Who is an agent:
The users/companies who purchase subscriptions and publish their properties to the customers with lots of advanced features. They can manage their listings, manage appointments with their friends, message customers, publish blogs on the sites, and manage payments and subscriptions.
Who are the customers:
The end users of the application. Customers can browse the application and find the properties from the listed agents. They can make appointments and messages with their agents. They can also request to become an agent in the application.
