Managing customer

You can create new customers, update their info, remove, activate/deactivate, or make a customer an agent in your application.


Creating a customer:

To add a new customer to your application, you can follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the application as an admin.
  • Select the "User" option from the left menu.
  • Click on the "Customer" option from the sub-menu.
  • Tap on the "Create customer" option.




  • Provide required info.
  • Click on the "Save" button.


Updating customer's info:

To update your customer's info in your application, you can follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the application as an admin.
  • Select the "User" option from the left menu.
  • Click on the "Customer" option from the sub-menu.
  • Select a customer from the list and click on the "Action" button.




  • Click on the "Edit" option.




  • Update the required info and click on the "Update" button.


Removing Customer's info:

To remove customers info, you can follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the application as an admin.
  • Select the "User" option from the left menu.
  • Click on the "Customer" option from the sub-menu.
  • Select a customer from the list and click on the "Action" button.




  • Click on the "Delete" option.




  • Select the "Yes" button for confirmation.


Activate/Deactivate a customer:

To activate/deactivate a customer, you can follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the application as an admin.
  • Select the "User" option from the left menu.
  • Click on the "Customer" option from the sub-menu.
  • Select a customer from the list and click on the "Action" button.




  • Click on the "Activate/Deactivate" option.




  • Select the "Yes" button for confirmation.


Making an agent:

You can make your customer an agent in your application. For this, you can follow the steps below.

  • Log in to the application as an admin.
  • Select the "User" option from the left menu.
  • Click on the "Customer" option from the sub-menu.
  • Select a customer from the list and click on the "Action" button.




  • Click on the "Make agent" option.




  • Select the "Yes" button for confirmation.
