Card error before the payment is processed:

If you input your card information and the error "Your card has been denied" displays before the payment is finished, you must contact your bank to ensure that your card is enabled for online payments, and foreign transactions (because Creative Element is located in Bangladesh), and recurring payments (our subscriptions are linked to automatic renewal cycle).


In this instance, you can attempt the payment as soon as the card issue is resolved, or you can choose a new payment option.
