How to update the subscription package?
You can easily update your current plan in Creative Elements via the dashboard. To upgrade your account, follow the steps below.
- Log in to Creative Elements by using your account credentials.
- Navigate to the Dashboard page.
- Click on the "Update" option to upgrade to an Annual plan.
- Proceed to upgrade your account.
- You will be directed to a confirmation page. If you want to continue with your Annual upgrade, click on the "Confirm annual payment" option.
When you switch from a Monthly to an Annual plan, we will change the price charged to you based on the number of days left on your existing membership. This will apply to your current monthly membership period only, not all months since you subscribed, and will begin on the day of your upgrade.
