Is Creative Elements is auto-renewal?
Yes! All Creative Elements subscription premium plans are renewed automatically by default.
If you purchase a monthly plan, the system will charge the renewal one month after completing the first payment. Or if your plan is annual, the renewal will be charged after 12 months after completing the first payment.
The automatic renewal option can be simply disabled from your user account and no cancellation fee will be applied.
Keep in mind that if the automatic renewal is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. This implies that when your current plan expires, the premium access will be disabled. If you wish to remain a Premium member, simply purchase a new premium plan on the site.
If you use a discount to purchase a premium subscription package, the discount will only be applied to the first payment. When the system automatically processes the subscription renewal, the amount charged will be the standard for the plan you have chosen.
