How to cancel the subscription auto-renewal process?
You can cancel your subscription auto-renewal process from your account in Creative Element. For this, you have to follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Creative Element account with credentials.
- Navigate to the "My subscription" option.
- Click on the "Cancel renewal" option.
NB: Please keep in mind that the "Cancel renewal" button will become available 24 hours after your purchase has been processed.
You are not terminating your Premium plan by cancelling the automatic renewal. Your package will be active until the end of the term for which you paid. But you will not be charged for this subscription in the future.
