After you complete the payment process, the system contacts your bank to authenticate the charge. If there are any problems, the payment will be refused, and you will be notified by email. Please keep in mind that Creative Element does not accept or refuse payments. This is a charge from your bank account, which does not accept it.
When this occurs, the system will attempt to charge three more times automatically (once every 24 hours approximately). Because this is an automated procedure, there will be no way to manually retry the payment. At this point, we recommend contacting your bank to resolve the issue and request that the charge be accepted.
If all attempts fail, the membership request will be dismissed immediately, and you will have to purchase a new premium plan.
