Managing domain in the Video Subscription Service

You can manage your video domain from the video subscription service. If you did not add a domain but want to upload a video on the server, your video will not be uploaded to the server for the lack of that domain. You can add, update, or remove the domain from the hosting service.


Adding domain:

You can follow the steps to add the domain below:

  • Log in to the video subscription service application.
  • Go to the "Domains manager" application option from the left menu.
  • Select the "Add domain" button.
  • Provide the domain name and purchase code.
  • Click on the "Save" button.


Your domain has been added to the server successfully.


Updating domain info:

To update the domain information of your hosting server, you can follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the video subscription service application.
  • Go to the "Domains manager" application option from the left menu.
  • Select a domain from the list.
  • Click on the "Actions" button for more options.
  • Select the "Edit" option.
  • Update the required information.
  • Click on the "Save" button.


Removing domain info:

To remove the domain information of your hosting server, you can follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the video subscription service application.
  • Go to the "Domains manager" application option from the left menu.
  • Select a domain from the list.
  • Click on the "Actions" button for more options.
  • Select the "Delete" option.
  • Click on the "Yes" button for confirmation.
