How to Install Online Course Addon
For keeping your students more active, in "Ekattor 8" you can add Online Course Addon.
To add this feature you have to Install this addon on your application. Now you can follow the steps below:
Before Installing this process we would recommend you to check your application version. For this, you have to navigate to the "About" section from the "Settings" button.
If you're running the latest version, then you're ready to install this addon.
Download the addon you want to install on your application.
Unzip the downloaded file.
You will get two files inside this folder. One for documentation and the other for the addon folder.
Do not try to remove or rename any folder.
Go back to the application and log in as Super admin.
Select the "Addons" button from the left menu.
Click on the "Add New Addon" button from the right side.
Choose the addon file & click on the "Install Addon" button.
You will get a success message notification.
How to Create & Manage Course?
How to Create a New Course (Admin & Teacher Panel)
For creating a new course you need to fill in some basic sections. Below steps might be helpful for creating a new course;
Log in to the admin panel or teacher panel.
Select "online courses" from the left menu.
Click on the "Create New Course" button from the right side.
Basic: In this section you need to provide the basic information about your course. Here you have to provide;
Course Title
Course Description
Academic: After filling out the basic section, you have to fill out the academic section. Here you have to provide;
Class
Subject
Instructor
Outcomes: In this section, you have to describe this course.
Media: After completing the academic section you need to complete the media section. Here you have to provide;
Course overview provider
Course overview URL.
Course thumbnail.
Finish: After filling out the media section now click on the "submit" button from the finish option for submitting information.
Managing Course
After creating a new course you can update & Modify this course. For updating and modifying the course, select the "Edit" button from the "Action" bar.
To update the course you need to modify the "Course Editing Form"
Here you can update;
Basic: In this section, you can update basic information about your course. You can edit the Course title & Course Description according to your preference.
Academic: After updating the basic section you can update this academic section. Here you can edit Class, Subject & Instructor names according to your wish.
Outcomes: Here you can edit the description of your course.
Media: After updating the outcome section now, you can also change the media section. Here you can edit & update;

After updating these section click on the "Submit" button.
How to Delete a Course
For deleting a course you need to click on the "..." button from the action bar.
Then click on the "Delete" option.
You will get a confirmation message. Click the "Yes" button from the modal.
Your Course will be deleted.
How to Add & Manage a Section?

For adding a new section you need to click on the "Add Section" button.
In this section, you need to provide a title & then tap on the "Submit" button for adding a new section.
How to Edit The Section
For editing your section you need to click on the "Edit Section" option.
Then edit the title of your section and click on the "Submit" button.
Your title will be updated.
How to Sort Section
For organizing your lesson according to the syllabus, you can sort sections regarding your choice. For sorting section, you can follow the steps below;
Click on the "Sort Section" button.
Then click on the name of your section and drag & drop it according to your preference. Then click on the "update Sorting" button for updating.
How to Delete The Section
To delete your section you need to click on the "Delete Section" button.
Then click on the "Yes" button for confirmation.

For managing your lesson you need to click on the "edit lesson" button.

How to Sort Lesson
For organizing your lesson smoothly you can sort your lesson according to your choice. For sorting lessons, you need to click on the "Sort lesson" button.
You can drag and drop according to your preference and then click on the "update shorting" button for updating.
How to Delete a Lesson
For deleting a lesson you need to click on the "X" button from the lesson section.
Then click on the "Yes" button for confirmation.
How To Manage Student Panel?
Student Panel
Students can watch your lesson & Course information in the Summary. They can also continue learning from the last lesson. Below steps might be helpful for this;
Log in to the student panel.
Select the "online course" from the left menu.
Click on the "Continue lesson" button from the right side.
After clicking the continue button students can start to view lessons and can continue the learning.
